Rates are for up to 6 guests. Please add $10.00 per night, per additional guest (up to the 8 Maximum Guests allowed). Rates do not include tax, security deposit and cleaning fees.

Payment Policy:
3 Night deposit due within 14 days of booking. Total balance due 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season and 60 days for High Season.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival subject to $75.00 fee.

All rates subject to Hawaii Excise Tax and Hotel Room Tax.
